Large-scale Laboratory Distributed High-voltage Solution: High Energy Efficiency and System-level Reliability

This solution is built based on RePower's 5V300A/600A cell testing system, designed specifically for battery R&D and testing centers with a large number of channels, especially suitable for long-term continuous operation, high-energy consumption cycle life testing and multi-condition simulation scenarios. It features an 800V high-voltage DC bus architecture combined with bidirectional inverter technology to achieve energy recycling. Equipped with RePower's self-developed Energy Management System (EMS), it can real-time dispatch and optimize internal energy flow, saving up to 40% energy compared with non-DC bus solutions and significantly reducing operating costs.

The high-voltage version also supports excess output capability: 300A supports continuous operation of over 600A for 60 seconds, and 600A supports 720A continuous operation for 180 seconds, meeting instantaneous high-current testing needs without additional hardware. At the software level, it supports multi-dimensional matrix testing and editing/importing of complex working condition data files, adapting to scientific research-level verification requirements. Meanwhile, the system has offline operation function to ensure the integrity and security of test data.

With RePower's 5V300A/600A cell testing system as its core, this solution can fully meet the needs from single equipment to multi-unit parallel large-scale systems through highly modular design and excellent expandability, suitable for R&D, quality inspection, small and medium production lines and larger-scale testing scenarios.


The equipment adopts a modular architecture, supporting flexible expansion of power and number of channels on demand. Users can start with a single 5V300A/600A device, and then easily expand to dozens or even hundreds of channels through channel parallelization, achieving seamless "from small to large" upgrade. Modules operate independently, and a single module failure does not affect the overall operation of the system, greatly improving equipment availability and maintenance efficiency.


Its current supports 5-range intelligent grading with grading accuracy reaching 0.02% F.S, covering testing scenarios from small to large current output and meeting diversified precision requirements. Meanwhile, the equipment has ripple self-injection function, which can simulate battery response under real complex working conditions and improve testing comprehensiveness. It features 3ms fast switching capability and supports safety testing items such as overcharge and over-discharge, making it an ideal choice for users pursuing long-term investment cost-effectiveness.

For scenarios with limited plant space and requiring coordinated operation with temperature chambers, this solution reconstructs a compact testing environment by directly integrating 5V300A/600A equipment modules into the temperature chamber. Wire length is reduced by 50%, which not only reduces wire loss but also significantly saves equipment floor space and improves space utilization efficiency. The integrated design avoids wiring confusion and temperature control deviation problems caused by traditional external equipment, especially suitable for high and low temperature, full climate simulation and other testing scenarios. The equipment retains core functional advantages: supporting short-term excess output, with fast current switching and ripple injection capabilities, still achieving real working condition simulation in compact space. The system also supports offline operation to ensure data integrity and reliability even in network fluctuation environments.
