Full-Chain Coverage with Outstanding Multi-Level Testing Capabilities

RePower’s full-lifecycle testing solution for energy storage demonstrates significant systematicness and completeness. In the cell testing link, its 5V/300A/600A testing system and 6V testing system can fully meet the electrical performance testing needs of energy storage cells. For module and PACK-level testing, RePower provides testing systems with a voltage range of 100V to 1650V, suitable for testing various types of battery packs such as portable energy storage, residential energy storage, and C&I energy storage. It is also equipped with a BMS testing system and EOL (End of Line) testing equipment to achieve comprehensive detection of functions, performance, and factory quality. At the battery cluster and system-level testing, RePower has launched a high-voltage and high-current testing system with a maximum voltage of up to 2500V, as well as an energy storage container testing system with power coverage from 2.5MW to 10MW. These systems can simulate actual operating conditions and meet the testing needs of C&I energy storage and large-scale energy storage power stations.

The equipment integrates RePower’s self-developed intelligent control platform, supporting single-step testing and fully automated testing processes. It can complete all electrical performance testing items required by national standards, and supports customized data export and remote management, helping to improve testing efficiency and standardization. In terms of safety, the equipment is equipped with a three-layer protection system of "hardware + software + emergency power-off", covering abnormal conditions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short circuit, ensuring safe and controllable testing processes.
